摘要:
The invention relates to a device for protection against overvoltages due to the impact of thunder, said device being connected to an electrical installation, comprising at least two electrodes (2,3) defining a space between the electrodes (4) forming a gap protector, in addition to detection means (8) which are sensitive to the state of the gap protector, enabling detection of the malfunctioning of said gap protector, and disconnection means (8) which can ensure, dependent upon the detection means, the insulation of the protection device (1) in relation to the electrical installation if an error is detected in the gap protector by said detection means. The invention is characterized in that the disconnection means (9) are formed by insulating means (10) which can be positioned between the electrodes (2,3) in order to increase the insulation therebetween dependent upon the detection means (8).
摘要:
The invention relates to a device (1) for protecting an installation against electrical disturbances, comprising a case (4) in which the following components are mounted, namely: arc-generation means (5) which are formed by two pieces (6, 7) between which an arc (8) is formed in the event of a disturbance, and an arc-extinguishing chamber (9) comprising a series of splitter plates (12) which are spaced apart such as to divide the arc (8) into a plurality of basic arcs (13). The invention is characterised in that the device also comprises at least one isolating spark gap (15) which is mounted in series with the aforementioned chamber and which has a sufficient interrupting capacity in order, in the event of a chamber failure, to extinguish the arc (8) at current zero-crossing, thereby preventing the reignition of the arc (8). The invention relates to devices used to protect electrical installations against electrical disturbances.
摘要:
The invention concerns a device for protecting an electrical installation designed to be mounted as a by-pass with respect to the electrical installation and comprising at least two electrically conductive contact members (3, 4) capable of shifting from a closing position to an opening position when the protecting device (1) is traversed by a current (I) of intensity higher than a predetermined threshold value. The invention is characterized in that in the closing position, the contact members are separated from each other by a potentially insulating component (15), forming thereby a protective spark-gap (E) against voltage surges between the contact members (3, 4). The invention is useful for protecting electrical installations.
