The invention relates to a device for controlling power transfer between two cores (11, 12) of a direct current network, said cores comprising source-charge interconnection nodes including protection and contact members. The aforementioned cores are placed in different zones of a power distribution system containing the direct current network. The invention is characterised in that it comprises: an electronic power converter (19) including two switching cells (13, 14) which are interconnected by means of an inductor (20), each switching cell comprising two switches; and a module (21) for controlling the converter, which transfers adjustable direct current power and stabilises the direct current voltage.
