The spring bolt and the bolt latch are together axially displaceable relative to the forend. The spring bolt is fixed to the bolt latch, rotatably about a rotation axis (131) which is substantially perpendicular to the direction of axial displacement of the spring bolt and of the bolt latch. The blocking device is switchable between a release position, in which rotation of the spring bolt about the rotation axis is allowed, and a blocking position, in which the position of the spring bolt relative to the bolt latch is fixed. In order to achieve a reduction of the necessary operating force, the blocking device comprises a first (160) and a second (170) linearly displaceable element, as well as at least two pairs of sliding surfaces (125, 164, 163, 174) interacting in pairs, which sliding surfaces are disposed on the spring bolt, the first displaceable element and the second displaceable element, and are arranged to convert a rotational motion of the spring bolt to the respective linear displacement motions of the first and the second displaceable element.

    摘要: A lock device comprising a lock housing (20) and a latch bolt (10), which is movably arranged in an opening (22) in the lock forend of the lock housing. The bolt (10) is movable between an outer position, in which it projects out from the lock housing, and an inner position in which it is essentially withdrawn into the housing. The latch bolt has an oblique outer end surface and can rotate about a longitudinal axis in an uncontrolled fashion, and is outwardly biased by spring means. The bolt also includes a holding side (13a) and a striking side (13b), said sides being straight and generally parallel with one another. The bolt also includes two mutually opposing curved sides (14), wherein each of the curved sides forms a circular arc that has a common centre of arc and that coincides with the longitudinal axis. As a result, the latch bolt obtains a better engagement function, which reduces the wear and load on the lock device and therewith increases its length of useful life.

    摘要: A lock device comprises a plate element (10) having a face plate (11) and a beam (12) attached to the face plate. The face plate is provided with apertures for at least one bolt (13, 14). A lock housing (21, 22) is mounted to the plate element and includes a lock mechanism (30, 40). At least one lock bolt (13; 14) is mounted to the plate element and is arranged for movement between an extended and a retracted position. When retracted, the bolt is sideways essentially surrounded by the beam, which preferably has a U−shaped cross−section. A driving element (14a; 16) is mechanically connected to the bolt and is arranged to be actuated by the lock mechanism. The bolt including the driving arrangement thereof are thereby protected from damage, particularly if the plate element comprises high−strength material. The integration of front functions in the plate element allows for a modularisation of the lock device and thereby fewer parts for stock−keeping and/or a wider range of possible lock devices.

As a result, it is impossible to determine whether the thumb turn latching function has been activated by studying the lock arrangement from an external position.
