摘要： The invention relates to a process for manufacture of ready-to-pour masks or core stacks, moulded material being shot with a shooting machine into an openable tool, and compacted therein to form a moulded member, core or mask. The moulded member is removed when the tool is open and subsequently handled, conveyed, optionally machined, in any order, and optionally, completed to form a moulded packet. The object of the invention is to reduce the operational and maintenance costs in such a manner that the core shooting devices (1), the handling devices such as the manipulators or robots and, optionally, all the peripheral equipment are controlled via a process computer (2), and the process computer (2) and, consequently, the entire control system on the side of an external computer (3) can be accessed via a telephone interface (4) associated with the external computer (3), via the telephone network (5) and via a telephone interface (6) associated with the process computer (2).

摘要： The invention relates to a method for producing casting molds, especially comprised of cores or core packages, whereby molding materials, preferably molding sands, are blown or shot into a molding chamber via a gaseous flow medium, preferably via air, and under a pressure that can be predefined. The shot and resulting solidified mold is then evacuated of air, and the form is opened, upon which the shot mold is subsequently removed. The invention is characterized in that the shooting process and/or the air evacuation process is/are controlled using detected and optionally prepared process parameters according to any predefined specification.
