摘要: In a metal bellows accumulator, a metallic bellows unit is disposed within a pressure space defined in a main shell, and one end of the metallic bellows unit is fixedly secured to one end wall of the main shell. The metallic bellows unit sections the pressure space into an outer chamber serving as a gas chamber in which a pressurized gas is enclosed, and an inner chamber serving as a liquid chamber communicating with a liquid port formed in the end wall of the main shell. A stopper (auxiliary shell) for limiting collapsing movement of the metallic bellows unit is disposed within the liquid chamber and has a communication passage hole. The liquid port always communicates with a liquid chamber to which an inner circumferential surface of a bellows portion of the metallic bellows unit is exposed via the communication passage hole.

摘要: A metal bellows accumulator (A), wherein a metal bellows unit (13) is installed in a pressure space (11) formed in a main shell (12), fixed to one end wall (12b) of the main shell (12) at one end thereof, and divides the pressure space (11) into an outside gas chamber (15) sealed with pressurized gas and an inside liquid chamber (16) communicating with a liquid access port (12c) formed in one end wall (12b) thereof, a stopper (an auxiliary shell (17)) having a communication passage (a communication hole (17c) and a clearance (D)) for restricting the amount of retraction of the metal bellows unit (13) is installed in the liquid chamber (16), and the communication passage (the communication hole (17c) and the clearance (D)) always communicates the liquid chamber (an external liquid chamber (16b)) allowing the bellows part inner peripheral surface of the metal bellows unit (13) to be exposed thereto with the liquid access port (12c).
