摘要: The invention relates to a diecasting machine comprising a movable (16) and a stationary die half (14) which, when closed, define a die cavity. The diecasting machine further comprises a filling chamber (20) for receiving liquid metal, a plunger (22), slidingly displaceable inside the filling chamber (20) and mounted on a plunger rod (38), for ejecting the liquid metal from the filling chamber (20) and for injecting it into the die cavity, and a device for supplying lubricants for the plunger (22) in the filling chamber (20). The invention is characterized in that at least one pipe (44) or one nozzle having an opening (45) directed towards the plunger (22) is fastened on the plunger rod. The pipe (44) or the nozzle is linked with a reservoir (52) for the lubricant (54) via a supply line (48). A water-based releasing agent (54) is sprayed into the intermediate space between the plunger rod (38) and the cylindrical inner wall of the filling chamber (20) in the direction of the plunger (22) during a period in which the plunger is at its final lift position after the liquid metal has been injected into the die cavity.
