摘要: An orthopaedic device (1) for the mobile connection of a first bone segment (4) with a second bone segment (5) of an organic system to replace or assist a damaged joint (2) comprises a first component (10) that can be associated with the first bone segment (4) and a second component (11) that can be associated with the second bone segment (5); the first and second components (10, 11) are coupled virtually or physically by a spherical kinematic pair centred at a point (O) that is the centre of a 1-degree-of-freedom spherical motion representing the real relative spatial motion between the first bone segment (4) and the second bone segment (5); the device (1) also comprises connecting elements (20, 21) which guide the relative motion between the first and the second bone segment (4, 5).
