摘要： The present invention is generally directed to methods of producing an increase in the enrichment and/or recovery of preferred forms of monoclonal antibodies. More particularly, the invention relates to methods for eliminating disulfide heterogeneity in the hinge region of recombinant IgG2 antibody proteins.
