摘要： The invention relates to a kit or set made up of a number of differently dimensioned types of cable glands (100, 200 and 300) which can each be used to hold and fix cables (1) of different diameters or dimensions, respectively comprising two differently dimensioned clamping or sealing inserts (4 and 5) so that the cable (1) can be clamped at an outer sheath (6) on the one hand and at an inner sheath (7) on the other hand, wherein a shielding braid (8) is provided between the two sheaths and emerges from the larger sheath (6) at the point where the latter ends, with the result that it can come into touching contact with the respective cable gland. In this case, the smaller clamping or sealing insert (5) of a larger type of such a cable gland also has the same dimensions with regard to its support in the respective screw sleeve as the larger clamping or sealing insert (4) of a further type of such a cable gland of smaller dimensions; in other words, two differently dimensioned cable glands nevertheless each contain a structurally identical clamping and sealing insert, thereby improving the mass production and stockholding of these sealing inserts.

The retaining ring (4) can be offset when the corrugated hose(2) is inserted and can engage with a recess or a corrugated trough (2a). The periphery of a plastic or metal retaining ring (4) is interrupted by a slit (5) which widens when the ring is expanded. An oblique or funnel-shaped surface (4a) enables the ring to be automatically expanded when the longitudinal body to be anchored or corrugated hose (2) is pressed against said surface in an axial direction.

The connection also comprises a clamping insert (7) that surrounds the cable (2) and lies axially adjacent to the conductor compartment (5), securing said compartment in the axial direction in the threaded bush (3) and a cap nut (6) for screwing onto the threaded bush (3), which simultaneously deforms the clamping insert (7) in a radial direction, securing the cable (2) in its final position for use. The invention is characterised in that the conductor compartment (5) and the cap nut (6) can be attached to the cap nut (3) one after the other and that a snap-in connection is provided on the threaded bush (3) for axially securing the conductor compartment (5) in the contact position.
