摘要: A shield (10) for covering a vent (V) or cooling-fan opening in a housing (H) for electronic components. The shield includes an outwardly projecting wall (11) for substantially covering the vent (V) and interfaces with the housing (H) at its edges (13) to hold it in place. An opening (12) in the shield serves to divert airflow to or from the vent or fan-cooled opening while ingress of fluid is mitigated by the outwardly projectable wall (11), i.e. when aimed from an above direction (W).
