摘要: The glycosylation profile of a biologic molecule describes important aspects of such biologic molecule. The characterization of the glycosylation profile of a biologic molecule is an important part of the critical quality attributes in the manufacturing and analytical processes for biologic molecules. As such described herein are methods to determine and characterize the glycosylation profile of a biologic molecule. In particular, the method uses one or more indices to describe the glycosylation profile as a finger-print of such biologic molecule.
