摘要: A safety airbag assembly (100) includes: a safety airbag, the safety airbag including an air bag; and an elastic connecting member (110), used to connect the safety airbag to a vehicle body frame of a vehicle. The air bag is provided with a lug (120) for connection to the elastic connecting member (110). The elastic connecting member (110) is configured to be in the shape of a curved line formed by connecting a plurality of sections end to end in sequence. The plurality of sections of the elastic connecting member (110) include a hook-shaped first end (1101), a hook-shaped second end (1102), and an intermediate portion (1103) located between the first end (1101) and the second end (1102). The intermediate portion (1103) is configured to be connected to the lug (120) of the air bag. The first end (1101) and the second end (1102) are configured to suspend the air bag connected to the intermediate portion (1103) from the vehicle body frame. The elastic connecting member in the safety airbag assembly has good universality and low processing costs, is light, and has a simple and reliable connection method. Therefore, the safety airbag assembly can be connected to a vehicle body frame of a vehicle in a universal, low-cost, and lightweight manner.

摘要: A safety airbag, including: an air bag (10), having an inflated state and a stowed state; and a gas generator, used to inflate the air bag (10) so as to cause the air bag (10) to expand and enter the inflated state, wherein the air bag (10) includes a body portion (12) and a cut-out portion (11), the cut-out portion (11) being formed as being cut out from the air bag (10), but still remaining integral with the body portion (12), and in the inflated state, the cut-out portion (11) being oriented in a predetermined direction relative to the body portion (12) via an orienting member (13). Using the cut-out portion to provide protection for the head of an occupant increases the utilization rate of a material for making an air bag, and thereby reduces costs. In addition, the height of the airbag curtain is relatively large only at the cut-out portion, and is relatively small at the remaining positions, thereby reducing the volume of the air bag.

摘要: An airbag and an airbag assembly comprising a gas generator and an airbag. An airbag (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 100) comprises a deployed state and a collapsed state, the airbag being capable of providing protection for occupants between the occupants and the inside of a vehicle when the airbag is inflated and expanded to be in the deployed state, and being capable of being accommodated in a predetermined space in the vehicle when in the collapsed state. The airbag (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 100) comprises at least a first end (11, 21, 51) and a second end (12), the first end (11, 21, 51) being a free end of the airbag, and the second end (12) being used for fixing the airbag to a mounting position. The airbag (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 100) comprises a folding portion (13, 23, 33, 43, 53) and a rolling portion (14, 24, 34) when in the collapsed state, wherein the folding portion (13, 23, 33, 43, 53) is formed by folding one part of the airbag in an "N" shape; the rolling portion (14, 24, 34) surrounds a periphery of the folding portion (13, 23, 33, 43, 53), so that the folding portion (13, 23, 33, 43, 53) is completely surrounded by an inner side of the rolling portion (14, 24, 34); and the first end (11, 21, 51) is also positioned at the inner side of the rolling portion (14, 24, 34). The airbag assembly comprises a gas generator and the airbag described above. The airbag with the above structure has the advantages of easy to manufacure, needing only to take a small space of a vehicle, and a low mounting and fixing cost.
