摘要： A disinfection device comprising a conveyor for conveying items to be subjected to disinfection treatment in a forward direction and an irradiation device for irradiating the items to be subjected to disinfection treatment during their transport by the conveyor, wherein the irradiation device comprises at least one radiation source for emitting a UVC radiation. The disinfection device further comprises a guiding device for guiding the items to be subjected to disinfection treatment while being conveyed in a direction that is other than the forward.
