摘要： A vulcanization method and a vulcanization apparatus which are suitably used for the mass-production of molded products, such as transmission belts. This invention provides a method of and an apparatus for setting constant the heat history of a molded product, which starts with the starting of a heating operation in a vulcanization step and ends with the completion of a cooling operation therein. A molded product X is sent in order in a predetermined direction to a subsequent vulcanization step out of a plurality of stages B1, B2, B3, B4 preparated by dividing a vulcanization step by the elapsed time, and vulcanized. The resultant molded product is then sent to cooling stages E1, E2 in order in a predetermined direction, and cooled.

摘要： Relates to a vulcanizing method and a vulcanizing apparatus suitable for producing a large number of molding products such as power transmission belts. Provides a method and a system for assuring a constant heat history of the molding products from the beginning of heating in the vulcanizing process till the completion of cooling.
The molding products (X) are transported in sequence and in one direction through plural vulcanizing stages (B1, B2, B3 and B4), which is derived by dividing the vulcanizing process according to the times elapsed, to vulcanize them, and in succession the molding products (X) are transported in sequence and in one direction to the cooling stages (E1, E2) to cool them.
