Abstract:
Process for hydrogenating toluenediamine (TDA) tar containing TDA and high boilers relative to TDA, including the step of contacting the toluenediamine tar with a heterogeneous hydrogenation catalyst comprising at least one metal selected from the group consisting of Ni, Co, Ru, Pd, Pt on at least one catalyst support selected from the group consisting of carbon, TiO2 and ZrO2, and with hydrogen under hydrogenating conditions.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a catalyst for the dehydroaromatisation of C 1 -C 4 -aliphates, that can be obtained by the double treatment of a zeolith from the groups MFI and MWW with mixtures containing NH 4 , respectively with subsequent drying and calcining. The catalyst contains molybdenum and optionally, Cu, Ni, Fe, Co, Mn, Cr, Nb, Ta, Zr, V, Zn and/or Ga as additional elements. The invention also relates to a method for the dehydroaromatisation of a mixture containing C 1 -C 4 -aliphates by reacting in the presence of a catalyst.
