Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing a composite element, at least comprising steps of providing a cover layer having an uncoated surface and a coated surface, which is at least partially coated with a composition (B) comprising at least one inorganic material, treating the uncoated surface of the cover layer, and applying a composition (Z2), which is suitable for producing a polyurethane and/or polyisocyanurate foam, to the treated surface of the cover layer. The present invention further relates to a composite element obtainable or obtained according to a method according to the invention and to the use of a composite element obtainable or obtained according to a method according to the invention or of a composite element according to the invention as an insulating material or in façade construction.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for producing composite elements composed of at least one coating a) and a thermal insulation material b), between which an adhesive c) is applied. According to said method, the coating a) is continuously moved, the thermal insulation material b) is applied to the coating a), another coating a) is optionally applied thereto, and the adhesive c) is applied to the thermal insulation material b) or the coating a). The inventive method is characterized in that the adhesive c) is applied by means of a rotating flat member which is mounted horizontally or at a small deviation from the horizontal of up to 15°, preferably parallel to the coating a) or the thermal insulation material b).
Abstract:
The subject matter of the invention is a method for producing lightweight building panels comprising at least one outer layer and a core layer adhesively bonded to the latter, the adhesive being applied to at least one outer layer, characterized in that the application of the adhesive is performed by means of a rotating disc, which is mounted horizontally or with a slight deviation from the horizontal of up to 15°, preferably parallel to the outer layer.
