摘要:
The invention relates to a method for producing solid, oral dosage forms with a controlled release of active ingredients. Said forms contain a mixture of a) at least one active ingredient, and b) a pre-formulated mixture of polyvinyl acetate and polyvinyl pyrrolidone, said mixture being obtained by combining components a) and b) in an extruder at temperatures of between 50° and 200°C.

Use of water-soluble or water-dispersible copolymers obtained through radically-initiated polymerization of a mixture of i) 30 to 80 wt.-% of N-vinyl lactam, ii) 10 to 50 wt.-% of vinyl acetate and iii) 10 to 50 wt.-% of a polyether as a binder for the manufacture of dosing forms comprising solid active ingredients, said copolymers being conditioned in that the total of i), ii) and iii) is equal to 100 wt.-%.

Disclosed is a process for the preparation of low-peroxide crosslinked vinyllactam polymer by free-radical polymerization in the presence of at least one organic substance acting as antioxidant. The vinyllactam polymer is water-insolubly crosslinked polyvinylpyrrolidone or vinylpyrrolidone copolymer with vinylimidazole, vinylcaprolactam and/or vinyl acetate. The obtained vinyllactam polymer has low peroxide contents, and the peroxide contents do not increase or increase slightly within a certain time and low residual monomer contents. The obtained vinyllactam polymer is suitable to use in the field of pharmaceutical and food applications.

The invention relates to solid particulate film coating agents consisting of: a) 40 - 90 % by weight, preferably 40 - 70 % by weight polyvinyl alcohol-polyether graft copolymers (component A), b) up to 60 % by weight, preferably between 20 and 45 % by weight of a coloured or achromatic colouring agent (component B), c) between 0 and 30 % by weight additional conventional auxiliary agents (component C). According to the invention, the quantities of components A to C total 100 % by weight. Said coating agents are obtained by the extrusion of a plastic mass of components A) to C) and by a subsequent shaping process.
