摘要： A filter connector (10) has a ferrite barrel (12) with a rectangular bore (14A) or (14B) therethrough. The configuration of the bore (14A) or (14B) closely matches the substantially rectangular cross-sectional configuration of an electrical connector (20) received within the bore (14A) or (14B). The connector (20) has a pair of wings (30A) and (30B) upstanding from the base (22) thereof. A single gate (38) or a cooperating pair of gates (38A) and (38B) is (are) attached to one or both of the wings (30A), (30B). When folded, the gate (38) or gates (38A), (38B) close the bore (14A), (14B) through the barrel (12).
