摘要: An organic electroluminescence display substrate and a fabrication method thereof, a display panel and a display device are provided. The organic electroluminescence display substrate (10) includes a pixel array (100) and a light extraction layer (200). The pixel array (100) includes a plurality of pixels (110), each pixel (110) includes a first sub-pixel (120) emitting light of a first color, and each first sub-pixel (120) includes an organic electroluminescence element (150). The light extraction layer (100) covers on the pixel array (100), and at least includes a plurality of first light extraction units (211) and a plurality of second light extraction units (212) arranged in parallel and having different optical properties. A cathode light-emission side of each first sub-pixel (120) is covered by at least one first light extraction unit (211) and at least one second light extraction unit (212), or the cathode light-emission sides of two adjacent first sub-pixels (120) are respectively covered by at least one first light extraction unit (211) and at least one second light extraction unit (212). By providing at least two light extraction units with optical properties different from each other, improvement of a luminance viewing angle characteristic and/or a chrominance viewing angle characteristic is implemented.

摘要: An OLED display substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device are provided. 摘要: The present disclosure provides a display substrate, a display panel, an electronic device and a display method. The display substrate includes first electrodes in a first display region and second electrodes in a second display region, a first light-emitting portion in the first display region and a second light-emitting portion in the second display region, and the first electrodes being of strip shapes extending along a first direction and being spaced apart from each other along a second direction; third electrodes in the first display region and a fourth electrode in the second display region, the third electrode being of strip shapes extending along the second direction and being spaced apart from each other along the first direction. The first electrodes and the third electrodes are arranged in an intersecting manner to form a plurality of intersections, a part of the intersections form light-emitting units, and a part of the intersections form virtual light-emitting units. Due to virtual light-emitting units being formed in the first display region, driving control IC is relatively simple, and a light transmittance of a screen is relatively high, it is able to arrange an under-screen camera in the first display region, so as to ensure photographing effect of the camera.
