摘要： A system comprises a computer aided design workstation and a database. The workstation is configured with communication links to select database storage, and comprises a processor for implementing a stored program for editing presentation graphics. The processor is programmed to implement one or more software agents for automating a presentation design sequence. The database stores a library of model slides operable with the program for editing presentation graphics, wherein the model slides have predefined formatting.

摘要： A method for formatting a presentation graphics slide comprises collecting the properties of an object for display in the presentation graphics slide, and storing the collected properties. A property of an object of a slide to be formatted is compared with a stored collected property. In the event that the property of the slide to be formatted does not match the stored collected property, the property of the slide to be formatted is converted to a value consistent with the stored collected property.
