摘要: A flavonoid polyphenol drug self-emulsifying composition based on a flavonoid polyphenol drug-phospholipid complex being used as an intermediate, the composition comprising a flavonoid polyphenol drug-phospholipid complex, an oil phase, an emulsifier and a co-emulsifier, the flavonoid polyphenol drug comprising one or more selected from baicalein, proanthocyanidin, quercetin, curcumin and resveratrol. The described self-emulsifying composition has the beneficial effects of good stability, a high amount of drug loading, high bioavailability, and so on.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a mulberry extract used in preparation of a drug for reducing animal weight. The mulberry extract comprises: 3% to 99% of an alkaloid, 0.2% to 70% of a polysaccharide, 0% to 50% of an amino acid, 0% to 10% of flavone, and 0% to 25% of other components. The mulberry extract of the present disclosure can be used for controlling weight gain, and has a good therapeutic effect on type 2 diabetes with obesity.

摘要: The present invention relates to an osmotic pump controlled-release tablet of an insoluble drug and a preparation method therefor. The osmotic pump controlled-release tablet comprises a tablet core, a semi-permeable membrane coating and a drug-release hole, wherein the tablet core comprises a solid dispersion of the insoluble drug and a penetration enhancer, the solid dispersion of the insoluble drug comprises the insoluble drug and a carrier, the insoluble drug is selected from nicardipine, nifedipine and felodipine and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and the carrier is selected from organic acids. Compared with the prior art, the drug solubility of the osmotic pump controlled-release tablet of the insoluble drug of the present invention is greatly improved, a large amount of penetration enhancers or other excipients do not need to be used in the tablet core, the drug-loading capacity is improved, and the tablet core is not too large; the degree of release in vivo is greatly improved; and the preparation process is simple, has low requirements for equipment and a low cost, and facilitates industrialized production.

摘要: Disclosed is a plant extraction method, comprising the following steps: 1) preparation of a crude plant extraction solution; 2) separation of the crude extraction solution through a cation resin and an optional anion resin to obtain a collection solution; 3) concentration of the collection solution obtained in step 2); 4) alcohol precipitation of the concentration solution obtained in step 3); and optionally, step 5) concentration and drying. The method can effectively reduce the content of heavy metals in an extract, and reduce the amount of ethanol used in extraction, thereby improving the product quality and lowering the production cost, and the efficiency and safety of industrial production are improved. The extract obtained by means of this method can be used to prepare drugs for lowering blood lipid, treating abnormal glucose tolerance, treating diseases related to abnormal blood glucose, or regulating intestinal flora, and can be processed into food products, health-care products or drinks.
