摘要: The present invention relates to novel immunostimulatory molecules which are derived from the intestinal protozoan Entamoeba histolytica. The compounds have been found to be useful for enhancing and/or inducing an immune response in a subject in need thereof. Specifically, the compounds have been found to be useful for the treatment of cancer diseases, such as breast cancer, and parasitic diseases, such as leishmaniasis. The invention also provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising the novel compounds.
