摘要： A composition for use in treating helminth infestation in a mammal is a described. The composition comprises an antihelmintically effective amount of α-hederin and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The α-hederin is provided as an ivy extract. Treatment of liver fluke and rumen fluke infestation in ruminants is described.
