摘要： Methods and devices are provided relating to privately communicating information from a smart speaker to a person's headset or other mobile device over a communication channel rather than audibly or visually outputting the information at the smart speaker. This may be used with smart speakers installed in public or common areas. When the smart speaker comes into possession of information intended only for a specific individual, the smart speaker does not necessarily output the information via its loudspeaker in a public manner. Rather, a private communication channel may be established between the smart speaker and the headset or other device of the person. The information may then be transmitted to the person's headset in a private manner rather than being audibly and/or visually outputted by the smart speaker.
