The first power signal lines and the data lines are arranged on the same layer and extend along the second direction. The display substrate further comprises a first pad block, which is disposed on the same layer as the data lines and extends along the second direction. Along a third direction perpendicular to the base substrate, the second electrode of each first color sub-pixel overlaps with the data lines, the first power signal lines, and the first pad block, and the first power signal lines and the first pad block are located on two sides of the data lines. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the first pad block overlaps with the second electrodes, which may prevent color shift from occurring in the first color sub-pixels.
