摘要: A heterophasic propylene copolymer composition comprising a heterophasic propylene copolymer (HECO), comprising a matrix (A) comprising a propylene homo- or copolymer, said propylene homo- or copolymer comprises at least two propylene homo- and/or copolymer fractions, propylene homo- or copolymer fraction (A1) and propylene homo- or copolymer fraction (A2), wherein propylene homo- or copolymer fraction (A1) has a melt flow rate MFR2 (230°C) of 250 g/10 min or more, preferably of 300 g/10min or more, more preferably of more than 300 g/10min, and propylene homo- or copolymer fraction (A2) has a melt flow rate MFR2 (230°C) in the range of from 0.5 to 25 g/10 min, preferably in the range of from 1 to 20 g/10min; and an elastomeric propylene copolymer (B), preferably a uni- or bimodal elastomeric propylene copolymer, more preferably a unimodal elastomeric propylene copolymer, dispersed in said matrix (A), wherein the heterophasic propylene copolymer composition has a melt flow rate MFR2 (230°C) of at least 50 g/10 min; the amount of propylene homo- or copolymer fraction (A1) is from 45 wt.% to 95 wt.% based on the total amount of all propylene homo- and/ or copolymer fractions present in the matrix (A); the amount of propylene homo- or copolymer fraction (A2) is from 5 wt.% to less than 15 wt.% based on the total amount of all propylene homo- and/or copolymer fractions present in the matrix (A); and the xylene cold soluble fraction (XCS) of the heterophasic propylene copolymer composition comprises more than 18 wt.% of the total heterophasic propylene copolymer composition (HECO).

摘要: The present invention relates to a multimodal polypropylene composition comprising (A) a first propylene polymer fraction (PP1), and (B) a second propylene polymer fraction (PP2), wherein the first propylene polymer fraction (PP1) and the second propylene polymer fraction (PP2) have different weight average molecular weights, and the multimodal polypropylene composition has (i) a melt flow rate MFR 2 (230°C, 2.16kg, ISO 1133) of from 1 to 500 g/10 min., (ii) a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn), determined by gel permeation chromatography according to ISO 16014-1:2003 and ISO 16014-4:2003, of at least 6.0 and not more than 20.0, (iii) an isotacticity index (mmmm pentads) of at least 97 %, measured by 13 C-NMR, and a xylene soluble fraction (XCS), determined according to ISO 16152; first edition, 2005-07-01 at 25 °C of less than 3.5 wt.%. The invention further provides a process for the production of this composition and its use for the production of molded and extruded articles.
