摘要： A seat belt retractor (20) has an integrally formed, quadrilaterally shaped main body portion (24). The frame is injection molded using 50 % by weight or greater long glass fiber plastic or die cast or injection molded metal. A spring housing wall (140) and a wall (170) of a mechanism cover are also integrally formed in the sides of the retractor. The mechanism side of the frame includes an integrally formed pin (210) to pivotally support a locking pawl (220).
