The inventive device has an axially directed assembly groove (14) in the proximity of the bearing groove (12) to facilitate and accelerate assembly and to reduce the amount of cable required. Said assembly groove contains an area (16) adjacent to the axis (15) of the cable deflection pulley (10), and an area (17) adjacent to the bearing groove (12), through which the cable is pulled from the assembly groove (14) into the bearing groove (12).
