摘要： Provided is an apparatus including a developer container (32) to and from which the replenishment container (40) is attachable and detachable and which includes an accommodating portion (36) that accommodates developer and a replenishment port (32a) through which the accommodating portion (36) is replenished with the developer from the replenishment container (40), an agitation member (34) configured to agitate the developer accommodated in the accommodating portion (36), an opening/closing member (83) configured to be movable between a closed position where the opening/closing member (83) covers the replenishment port (32a) such that the replenishment container (40) is not attachable to the developer container (32) and an open position where the opening/closing member (83) exposes the replenishment port (32a) such that the replenishment container (40) is attachable to the developer container (32), a drive source (M1) for driving the agitation member (34), and a control means (90) configured to control the drive source (M1), wherein the apparatus is configured such that image formation is not possible when the opening/closing member (83) is at the open position, and the agitation member (34) is capable of driving in a case where the opening/closing member (83) is at the open position.

摘要： The present invention relates to a fixing apparatus including a tubular film, a heater provided at an inside of the film, a protection element provided at the inside of the film, and at least one conductive member provided at the inside of the film. The protection element includes two terminals and a switch that turns off to shut off power to the heater when the heater abnormally generates heat. A first end of the conductive member is electrically connected to one of the terminals of the protection element. The conductive member is not coated with an insulator, and a second end of the conductive member projects out of the film so that the cost of the fixing apparatus is reduced.
