    摘要: A solar cell, comprising a solar cell unit and a protective layer formed on the solar cell unit, wherein said protective layer comprises a polymer formed by polymerization of a cyclotriphosphazene monomer represented by the following formula (I):

    wherein R 1 to R 6 independently denote an ethylenically unsaturated polymerizable group. The cyclophosphazene monomer preferably contain R 1 to R 6 which is represented by the formula (I):

    wherein R 7 denotes an alkylene group, arylene group, alkyl-substituted arylene group, alkylamide group arylamide group or polyoxyalkylene group, and R 8 denotes a hydrogen atom or a methyl group. The polymer obtained from the cyclotriphosphazene monomer is effective for providing a solar cell having a high and stable output efficiency, a mechanical durability and a good environmental stability.
