摘要： A line-pattern formation apparatus includes: a pattern former (2) with a display (17) defining a pattern and a referential projection (28) indicating a reference position of the pattern; a positioning plate (4) including a line-pattern indicator (41) indicating a plurality of patterns in a lateral condition and a reference-positioning indicator (43a, 43b, etc) specifying the reference position of the patterns; and a positioner (5) including a stand (50) on which a sheet is placed and a fixing member (60) for fixing the sheet placed on the stand (50). The fixing member (60) is provided with fitting portions (62, 62) for making the positioning plate (4) detachably attached to the fixing member (60).
