Said process enables in particular the production of macrocycles having following the molecular structure (I).

Ces macrocycles sont fabriqués en réalisant un pontage par des liaisons imine, entre au moins deux molécules de composé dicarbonylé et au moins deux molécules de phosphohydrazide. Chaque macrocycle comprend au moins une chaîne fermée composée d'un nombre pair supérieur ou égal à 4 de synthons, chaque synthon correspondant à une molécule succédant dans la chaîne à un synthon correspondant à l'autre molécule. Le procédé permet en particulier de fabriquer les macrocycles de structure moléculaire (I).

The invention concerns a method for making a cellulose or starch fatty ester by esterification or transesterification of a cellulosic or starchy material using a fatty reagent. The invention is characterised in that it consists in introducing the cellulosic or starchy material in solid or fragmented state, the fatty reagent and an esterification or transesterification catalyst in a double-screw device (1) at a temperature ranging between 180 °C and 230 °C so as to subject the reactive mixture to a thermomechanical treatment during the reaction; drawing the resulting pasty mixture and isolating the cellulose or starch fatty ester by solvent extraction from the other constituents of the pasty mixture. The inventive method enables to make a cellulosic or starchy material hydrophobic without using toxic solvents.

The invention concerns a method for making a solid cellulosic or starchy material hydrophobic which consists in: grafting a fatty material on the alcohol functions of the cellulosic or starchy material. The invention is characterised in that the grafting is performed by (a) suspending the cellulosic or starchy material in a liquid phase consisting of a fatty acid or a fatty acid ester; (b) stirring the heterogeneous medium in the presence of a basic catalyst to cause the phases to be contacted with each other; (c) subjecting the heterogeneous medium to microwave radiation so as to bring it to a temperature ranging between 150 °C and 210 °C for a duration between 30 seconds and 30 minutes. The inventive method enables to make a cellulosic or starchy material hydrophobic without using toxic solvents.
