摘要： The present invention relates to methods for reducing antennary fucosylation of complex N-glycans in recombinantly expressed glycoproteins by overexpressing alpha-2,6-sialytransferase 1 (ST6Gal1) and/or alpha-2,3-sialytransferase 4 (ST3Gal4) along withsaid glycoprotein. Cell lines that can be used in said methods, respective recombinant glycoproteins, and methods for expressing the same are also disclosed.
