摘要： A variant of enterotoxin B elaborated by Staphylococcus aureus (SEB) being resistant to protease and having lowered toxicity; and a vaccine comprising the SEB variant. In particular, an SEB variant having an amino acid sequence corresponding to the SEQ ID NO. 1 having its 97th lysine or 98th lysine replaced by an arbitrary amino acid, or derivative of the variant; and a vaccine comprising the SEB variant or derivative thereof.
