For this purpose, the control method in the present invention comprises: acquiring an image of a user by means of an image acquisition module; on the basis of the image, determining whether there are clothes in the hand of the user; if so, further determining whether the weight of clothes to be treated in a clothes treatment drum currently exceeds a threshold value; and on the basis of a determination result, selectively starting a speech module to perform washing reminding or starting a weighing module to perform clothes weighing. By means of the present invention, when there are clothes in the hand of a user, a speech module or a weighing module is further started according to whether the weight of clothes to be treated in a clothes treatment drum currently exceeds a threshold value, such that the speech module can be started without any operation of the user, thereby realizing non-sensed startup of the speech module, and improving the user experience.

To this end, the control method of the present disclosure includes the following steps: acquiring, by a household device, a current clothing image; sending, by the household device, the current clothing image to a server; acquiring, by the server, an ID account number of the household device which sends the current clothing image; determining, by the server, an identity of the household device which sends the current clothing image, according to the ID account number; determining, by the server, a target requirement according to the identity; and selectively recommending, by the server, a washing and care procedure or a clothing matching scheme on the basis of the target requirement and according to the current clothing image. According to the present disclosure, a reasonable and accurate washing and care procedure can be recommended, and a reasonable clothing matching scheme can also be recommended to a user to achieve an optimal or better matching effect and better meet different user needs, thereby improving the user experience.
