The synchronization method is used for a first terminal, and includes: receiving, by the first terminal, first synchronization signaling transmitted by at least one second terminal in the case that the first terminal is in a first synchronization state; and performing, by the first terminal, a synchronization operation in accordance with the first synchronization signaling, and the first terminal switching to a second synchronization state.
