摘要: A suspension frame assembly of a magnetic levitation vehicle, comprising a plurality of suspension frames (100) which are connected successively. The suspension frame (100) comprises: two longitudinal beams (1) arranged in parallel, supporting wheels (3) and holding arms (11) being fixedly arranged on two ends of each longitudinal beam (1); and two anti-side rolling devices (4) mounted between mounting racks of the two supporting wheels (3) arranged on the same ends of the two longitudinal beams (1); two longitudinal beams of one suspension frame (100) are hingedly connected to two longitudinal beams of an adjacent suspension frame, respectively; air spring holding arm beams (8) for mounting air springs are arranged on a hinged part between the two suspension frames (100); the air spring holding arm beams (8) are mounted on the holding arm (11) of one of the two hingedly connected longitudinal beams (1); and the holding arms (11) of the two longitudinal beams at two ends of the suspension frame assembly are mounted with the air spring holding arm beams (8) for mounting the air springs. The suspension frame assembly is light in weight, and can effectively improve the suspension ability.

摘要: A moving part of a maglev train, comprising two levitation frames (1) that are arranged at an interval along the direction of travel, the two levitation frames (1) being connected by means of a vertical beam (2); a peripheral wall of the vertical beam (2) is provided with a slot (21) that may reduce the torsional rigidity thereof, being capable of reducing the torsional rigidity of the traditional vertical beam (2) so as to reduce the coupling effect between the two levitation frames (1) that are connected by means of the vertical beam (2), thereby greatly reducing the difficulty and energy consumption of levitation control. The levitation frames (1) and a train body are connected by means of air springs (13) having large horizontal and vertical displacement, flexibly supporting the train body while also being capable of greatly simplifying a traditional secondary suspension structure, thus reducing the weight of the moving part. The levitation frames (1) and the train body are provided therebetween with a vertical shock absorber (19) and a horizontal absorber (18) having suitable damping values, being used to attenuate the vibrations of the train body and improve the stability and comfort of the train during operation; furthermore, the levitation frames and the train body are provided therebetween with horizontal stoppers (171a) and vertical stoppers (172a), which may prevent excessive horizontal movement, rollover and overturning. Further disclosed is a maglev train comprising the moving part.

摘要: A system and method for suppressing serpentine instability of a railway vehicle, comprising a serpentine warning and control module for determining whether a bogie is in a state of serpentine instability; a traction motor speed control system for controlling a rotation speed of a traction motor according to a determination from the serpentine warning and control module; a signal output end of the serpentine warning and control module is connected with the traction motor speed control system. In the present disclosure, it extracts the serpentine characteristic wave from the transverse acceleration of the bogie and calculates the vibration non-linear index according to the extracted serpentine non-linear characteristic to judge whether the bogie is in a state of serpentine instability, and controls a direct torque of the traction system through the DTC control module. The existing transverse control of the train can only reduce the transverse vibration of the train and cannot eliminate the serpentine instability. However, the present disclosure can control the traction motor to reduce the speed and eliminate the serpentine instability.
