摘要： A developer container includes : a housing chamber 147 which includes an opening 145 and which houses developer; a stirring member 160 which includes a sheet-like stirring portion 160b and a rotary shaft 160a to which the stirring portion 160b is attached; and a first electrode 143 and a second electrode 144 which are used to detect an amount of the developer and which are arranged with an interval therebetween, wherein an area X1 between the first electrode 143 and the second electrode 144 in the housing chamber 147 is positioned below the rotary shaft 160a of the stirring member 160, and the sheet-like stirring portion 160b comes into contact with the area X1 due to rotation of the stirring member 160.

The outer diameter of the developer carrying member 41 is not less than 8 mm and not more than 12 mm, and a magnetic mono-component developer 43 has a saturation magnetization of not less than 20 Am 2 /kg and not more than 37 Am 2 /kg when the magnetic field of 79.6 kA/m (1000 oersteds) is applied, the magnetization of not less than 70% and not more than 80% of the saturation magnetization when the magnetic field is lowered to 55.7 kA/m (700 oersteds), and the magnetization of not less than 50% and not more than 62% of the saturation magnetization when the magnetic field is lowered to 39.8 kA/m (500 oersteds).

摘要： The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a developer container including a frame including first and second frames configured to define a developer containing portion, a first electrode, and a second electrode which is arranged on a surface of the first frame and which has a surface opposed to the first electrode, a developer amount in the developer containing portion being detected based on a capacitance between the first electrode and the second electrode, the method comprising: holding a conductive resin member constituting the second electrode on a mold configured to mold the first frame, a surface of the conductive resin member being in contact with a surface of the mold, the surface of the mold being configured to mold a surface of the first frame on a side of the developer containing portion; injecting a resin to be formed into the first frame, into the mold on which the conductive resin member is held; curing the resin to form the first frame to which the second electrode constituted by the conductive resin member is fixed; and coupling the first frame and the second frame to form the developer containing portion.
