摘要: The present invention relates to a device and a method for detecting a refrigerant leakage of an air source cooling-only system, wherein the detection method comprises S1: obtaining an operating parameter of an air-cooled cooling-only air source cooling-only system, wherein the operating parameter comprises at least a compressor speed or capacity; S2: comparing the operating parameter with a preset operating parameter interval; S3: updating a cumulative score when the operating parameter falls within the preset operating parameter interval; and S4: determining that a refrigerant leakage has occurred when the cumulative score exceeds a predefined cumulative score, and returning to step S1 when the cumulative score does not exceed the predefined cumulative score. The device and the method for detecting a refrigerant leakage of an air source cooling-only system according to the present invention are simple and reliable, easy in implementation, convenient in application and so on, and can provide automatic detection of a refrigerant leakage, improving the operating efficiency and safety of modules.

摘要: The present application provides an air-cooling heat pump system and a refrigerant leak detecting method and system therefore. The refrigerant leak detecting method for an air-cooling heat pump system in a heating mode comprises S110, S210, obtaining a leak indication parameter set, wherein the leak indication parameter set at least includes a refrigerant level in a liquid reservoir and/or a supercooling degree; S120, S220, comparing each leak indication parameter in the leak indication parameter set with a corresponding preset indication parameter interval; S130, S230, when each leak indication parameter falls within a corresponding preset indication parameter interval, obtaining and recording a corresponding evaluated refrigerant leak amount; S140, S240, when a cumulative value of the evaluated refrigerant leak amount falls within a preset refrigerant leak interval, determining that a refrigerant leak occurs in the air-cooling heat pump system; when the cumulative value of the evaluated refrigerant leak amount does not fall within the preset refrigerant leak interval, returning to the step S110, S210. According to the refrigerant leak detecting method of the present application, it is possible to accurately and reliably determine whether or not the refrigerant of the system to be detected leaks and the leak degree.

摘要: The present application provides a data processing method, a refrigerant leak detecting method, a system performance detecting method and a system fault detecting method. The steady-state data processing method includes: (i), resetting a cumulative change of target determination data and a data detection period as 0; (ii), obtaining the detected target data; (iii), calculating the cumulative change of the target data; (iv), when the calculated cumulative change of the target data is less than its preset threshold, adjusting the data detection period and returning to (ii); or recording a data detection period when a cumulative change of any of the target data is not less than its preset threshold; (v), when the recorded data detection period is less than its preset time threshold, determining a target data result obtained in the period as unsteady-state data of the device; or when the recorded data detection period is not less than the preset time threshold, determining the target data obtained in the data detection period as steady-state data. According to the method, the steady-state data can be obtained and subsequent analysis and processing can be performed.

摘要: The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for detecting refrigerant leakage in an air source heat pump system. The method for detecting refrigerant leakage in an air source heat pump system includes the following steps in a cooling mode: S110: obtaining a running parameter of an air source heat pump system, wherein the running parameter at least includes a compressor rotational speed; S120: comparing the running parameter with a preset running parameter range; S130: updating a cumulative score when the running parameter falls within the preset running parameter range; and S140: when the cumulative score exceeds a predetermined cumulative score, determining that refrigerant leakage occurs, and when the cumulative score does not exceed the predetermined cumulative score, return to step S110. The apparatus and method for detecting refrigerant leakage in an air source heat pump system according to the present invention have the advantages of being simple and reliable, easy to implement and convenient to use, and can automatically detect refrigerant leakage, thus improving the running efficiency and safety of modules.
