The coupling element (270) includes a free end configured to move through the slots (250; 350-1, 350-2) to selectively couple with the actuation cable (150, 152; 260; 360-1, 360-2). Responsive to the piston (220) moving towards the second end (206) of the body (202), the coupling element (270) moves out of the slots (250; 350-1, 350-2) to decouple with the actuation cable (150, 152; 260; 360-1, 360-2).
