摘要: A vertical door latch assembly includes a housing defining an internal cavity, an actuator lock assembly including an actuator with a retention feature positioned within the internal cavity and moveable between a lock position and an unlock position, and a lock body having an aperture that receives at least a portion of the retention feature in the lock position. The actuator is coupled to the retention feature and moves the retention feature along a first path between at least a first position, wherein the retention feature is received within the aperture, and a second position, wherein the retention feature moves out of the aperture. Once the retention feature moves out of the aperture, the lock body is moveable along a second, different, path. A controller in electrical communication with the actuator lock assembly is configured to direct the actuator lock assembly between the lock position and the unlock position.
