摘要： These conjugates comprise 1,2-dioleoyl-3-trimethylammonium-propane (DOTAP) and heparin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein: the DOTAP is in a percentage by weight comprised from 1 to 30%; the heparin is conjugated to the liposome; and the molar ratio DOTAP:heparin is comprised from 15:1 to 1:20, and the weight ratio between the liposome total lipid content and heparin is comprised from 50:1 to 5:1.
