摘要： The invention relates to a composition for the transport of a dissolved active agent into hair follicles, comprising an active agent dissolved in a topical dispersion medium, and submicron particles. In one aspect, the invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for use in transporting a dissolved pharmacologically active therapeutical and/or prophylactic agent into hair follicles comprising a pharmacologically active therapeutic and/or prophylactic agent dissolved in a topical dispersion medium, and submicron particles. In embodiments, the active agent is not chemically coupled to the submicron particles. In a further aspect, the composition is a cosmetic composition comprising a cosmetically active agent, and the cosmetic composition can be used in a cosmetic method, wherein the cosmetic composition is applied to an area of skin with hair follicles.
