摘要: A laser plate making device and a plate making system. The laser plate making device comprises: a base (1); a roller (4) movably provided on the base, wherein the roller is rotatable relative to the base, moves along the axial direction of the roller, and is provided with a printing plate (5); at least one optical path platform (2) movably provided on the base, wherein each optical path platform is provided with at least one laser machining assembly (3), the processing range of the laser machining assembly covers the moving range of the printing plate in the axial direction, and the laser machining assembly is capable of machining, on the printing plate, gravure plates and/or screen plates. By means of the technical solution of the present application, the laser plate making device is capable of simultaneously machining, on one or more printing plates, gravure plate patterns and screen plate patterns.

The multi-optical-color optically variable printing apparatus comprises a conveying portion, a silk-screen printing unit, a first optical-color optically variable pattern forming unit, a second optical-color optically variable pattern forming unit and a transmission system, wherein the conveying portion is used for conveying a base material to be printed; the silk-screen printing unit is in the next procedure of the conveying portion, and is used for imprinting ink or varnish onto said base material that is conveyed by the conveying portion, so as to form a semi-finished product; the first optical-color optically variable pattern forming unit is in the next procedure of the silk-screen printing unit, and is used for forming a first optical-color optically variable pattern on a first region of the semi-finished product; and the second optical-color optically variable pattern forming unit is in the next procedure of the first optical-color optically variable pattern forming unit, and is used for forming a second optical-color optically variable pattern on a second region of the semi-finished product. By means of the present application, for the same silk-screen printing pattern, multi-optical-color optically variable technology with a plurality of effects can be realized, and the stitching of a plurality of effect patterns can also be realized.

摘要: A platemaking apparatus (100) using laser engraving, a control system, a platemaking method, and a storage medium, which belong to the field of laser beam machining. The platemaking apparatus (100) using laser engraving comprises: a base (10); an XY motion platform (20), which is arranged on the base (10) so as to move transversely and is used for bearing a printing plate; a support platform (30), which is disposed on the base (10), a movement space being provided between the support platform (30) and the base (10) and allowing for transverse movement of the XY motion platform (20); a plurality of laser machining assemblies (40), the laser machining assemblies (40) being connected to the support platform (30), and at least a portion of the laser machining assemblies (40) being adapted to move relative to the support platform (30) and being used to perform laser engraving on the printing plate. The plurality of laser machining assemblies (40) are provided, such that laser engraving operations can be performed simultaneously so as to increase the platemaking speed. At the same time, the laser machining assemblies (40) are configured as movable structures, so that each laser machining assembly (40) can work independently, and different image or text content may be engraved on the printing plate in respective corresponding areas, thus allowing for completion of engraving of the entire printing plate.
