摘要: Disclosed is a catalytic cracking additive, its preparation and application thereof, wherein the catalytic cracking additive comprises 10-50 wt% of a modified β zeolite, 20-85 wt% of a clay and 5-35 wt% of a boron-containing binder, based on the total weight of the catalytic cracking additive; the modified β zeolite comprises 0.1-1 wt% of CuO and 1-15 wt% of P 2 O 5 , and has a micro-activity index of at least 58; the boron-containing binder comprises 70-97 wt% of Al 2 O 3 and 3-30 wt% of B 2 O 3 , and has a pH value of 1.0-3.5. The catalytic cracking additive can significantly improve the yield of C4 olefins and the concentration of C4 olefins in liquefied gas.

摘要: The present invention relates to a modified β zeolite, a catalytic cracking catalyst, and their preparation method and application. The modified β zeolite comprises 0.5-15 wt% of an IVB group metal element in terms of oxide on the dry basis weight of the modified β zeolite. The number of medium strong acid centers of the modified β zeolite accounts for 30-60% of the total acid amount, the number of strong acid centers accounts for 5-25% of the total acid amount, and the ratio of B acid to L acid is 0.8 or more. The ratio of the weight content of the IVB group metal element in the modified β zeolite body phase to the weight content of the IVB group metal element on the surface is 0.1-0.8. The catalytic cracking catalyst containing the modified β zeolite of the present invention has good selectivity and yield of C4 olefin.

摘要: The present invention relates to a structured monolithic catalyst for reducing NOx emission in a flue gas, the preparation method and the use thereof. The catalyst comprises: a structured monolithic carrier and a coating of active components, wherein the coating of active components comprises active metal components and a substrate, wherein the active metal components comprise a first metal element, a second metal element, a third metal element and a fourth metal element, wherein the first metal element includes Fe and Co, wherein the weight ratio of Fe and Co is 1 : (0.05-20) on an oxide basis, wherein the second metal element is at least one selected from the group consisting of the metal elements of the Group IA and/or IIA, wherein the third metal element is at least one selected from the group consisting of the non-noble metal elements of the Groups IB to VIIB, and wherein the fourth metal element is at least one selected from the group consisting of the noble metal elements. The catalyst in accordance with the present invention has high catalytic conversion activity for reduced nitrides, is obtainable by a simple method, and when used in a FCC process, can effeciently reduce NOx emission in the incomplete regeneration flue gas.

摘要: A catalytic cracking catalyst comprising a large-particle-size sol and a method for preparing the same. The catalytic cracking catalyst comprises, based on its total weight, 15-50 wt.% of beta zeolite, 10-75 wt.% of clay, and 10-50 wt.% of large-particle-size sol; the pore distribution is determined by a low-temperature nitrogen adsorption method, and the total pore volume is not less than 0.200 mL/g, wherein the pore volume of 4-50 nm mesopores accounts for more than 60% of the total pore volume; the large-particle-size sol comprises 10-40 wt.% of Al2O3, 50-85 wt.% of P2O5, and 0.2-10 wt.% of SiO2, wherein the P2O5:Al2O3 mass ratio is (1.5-5.0): 1, and the SiO2:Al2O3 mass ratio is (0.01-0.3): 1, and the average particle size of the sol is concentrated in the range of 20 to 50nm. The preparation method comprises: an aluminum source and deionized water are mixed to obtain a first slurry, the first slurry and a phosphorus source are mixed to obtain a second slurry, a silica sol is added into the second slurry to obtain a third slurry, the third slurry is subjected to aging treatment to obtain a large-particle-size sol. The large-particle-size sol is mixed uniformly with clay and beta zeolite to obtain a fourth slurry, which is spray dried and calcined. The catalyst is applied in the catalytic cracking process, and can significantly increase the yield and selectivity of C4 olefins.
