摘要： The present disclosure relates to an apparatus, a process and a system for treating petroleum coke. The apparatus comprises an activation unit which is an annular furnace reactor. The system comprises a first reactor, the apparatus as a second reactor, a washing and separating unit, a cooling unit, a dissolving and separating unit, a washing and drying unit, optionally a regenerating unit, optionally a drying and calcining unit and optionally an evaporation-crystallization unit. Also provided is a process for producing carbon materials by using the system for treating petroleum coke. The apparatus, the process and the system in accordance with the present disclosure can achieve continuous production, and have advantages of high activation efficiency and stable properties of the resultant carbon material products.

摘要： A continuous wet ball-milling separation device (7), comprising a cylinder. The cylinder internally comprises a feeding section (A), a shearing section (B), and a crushing section (C) in sequence from top to bottom; the feeding section is located at the upper portion of the device, and is provided with a liquid inlet (4), a material inlet (2), and a material distributor (6); the shearing section is located in the middle of the device, and is internally provided with shearing blades (9); and the crushing section is located at the lower portion of the device, and is internally provided with stirring rods (10) and crushing balls (11), and a grading discharge module is provided at the bottom of the crushing section. Also disclosed are a grading discharge module used in the device and a continuous wet ball-milling separation method applying the device. The device implements continuous operations of material crushing and grading by means of the material distributor, wet shearing, wet crushing, and wet grading, and effectively improves the material grinding effect.

摘要： A production system and method for insoluble sulfur. The production system comprises a p olymeric kettle (100) having a first discharge port and a quench tower (200) having a feed port, wherein the first discharge port is in communication with the feed port. The quench tower (200) comprises a cylindrical housing (210), a granulation device (220) and a shear p ump (230). A solvent inlet (214) and a quenching agent inlet (215), which are respectively used for providing a solvent and a quenching agent, are arranged on the side wall of the h ousing (210). The production method comprises: raising the temperature of liquid sulfur und er the protection of an initiator and nitrogen to perform polymerization reaction; introducing the polymerized material into the quenching tower and sequentially carrying out granulation and quenching treatment; in the quenching tower, carrying out solvent curing and extractio n integrated treatment on the quenched product; and in the quenching tower, carrying out li quid phase circulating crushing and extraction integrated treatment on the cured and extracte d product.
