摘要: The invention relates to the technical field of 3D printing, in particular to a multi-functional concrete 3D printing device and a use method. The multi-functional concrete 3D printing device includes: a control structure including a control chamber and an arm lever, wherein a controller of the control chamber is in transmission connection with the arm lever to control the action of the arm lever; a printing structure, being disposed at an end of the arm lever away from the control chamber, being connected to the arm lever, and including a print carriage, a nozzle disposed on the print carriage, and at least one adjustable leg disposed on the print carriage, wherein an angle adjusting member and a nozzle yaw power member are disposed between the print carriage and the arm lever, the nozzle is provided with an angle rotating member, the controller controls the extension length of the leg to cause the angle adjusting member to drive the print carriage to rotate, and the nozzle sprays from different angles by rotation of the print carriage, and rotation of the nozzle yaw power member and the angle rotating member. The multi-functional concrete 3D printing device solves the problem that the 3D printing devices cannot efficiently perform non-horizontal plane printing such as ramp protection.

The 3D printing construction apparatus includes: an operation structure, including a control room, a controller being arranged in the control room; a printing arm structure, arranged on one side of the control room and including a printing arm and a feed delivery pipe, the feed delivery pipe being suitable for flowing of concrete or slurry; and a printing arm head structure, arranged at one end of the printing arm structure away from the control room and including an arm head and a first rotating power part, wherein the first rotating power part is in communication connection with the controller, a grouting nozzle and a concrete printing nozzle are arranged at two opposite ends of the arm head, diameters of the grouting nozzle and the concrete printing nozzle are different, and the first rotating power part drives the arm head to rotate, so as to drive the grouting nozzle or the concrete printing nozzle to be in pipeline connection with the feed delivery pipe. In the present disclosure, a problem that a 3D printing device cannot print concrete with different performances and flows is solved.

摘要: The present invention discloses a self-maintaining anti-scouring device for an offshore wind farm pile foundation, which relates to the technical field of pile foundation anti-scouring. The self-maintaining anti-scouring device comprises a fixing portion which is fixedly arranged on the seabed; a mounting portion which is arranged above the fixing portion and is used for mounting wind power equipment; and a sand screening portion which comprises a sand screening ring and an impeller arranged below the mounting portion. The sand screening ring is sequentially provided with a water inlet, a stirring cavity and a sand outlet from top to bottom. A drainage hole in communication with the stirring cavity is formed in the side face of the sand screening ring. The impeller is rotatably arranged in the stirring cavity. In the present invention, the impeller rotates horizontally in the sand screening ring such that silt and seawater are separated under the action of centrifugal force and are respectively discharged from the sand outlet and the drainage hole. At the same time, seawater enters the stirring cavity from the water inlet, and the separated silt falls to the periphery of the fixing portion, so as to prevent the foundation layer on the periphery of the fixing portion from falling off and being pitted due to wave scouring, thereby achieving anti-scouring purposes.
