    Abstract: Provided is a push switch that can be made thin without requiring that a notch be made into a mounting board. The push switch comprises a substrate having an L-shaped cross section, wherein said substrate has a front surface located perpendicular to a mounting surface of a mounting substrate at a side edge of the mounting substrate which does not have a cutout thereof, a back surface for mounting on the mounting substrate, and a side face. Further provided are an accommodating recess, a center contact, a pair of peripheral contacts, a movable contact spring, a protrusion, and a connection pad. A part of said back surface is located at the side edge of the mounting substrate, a portion of the mounting substrate is located just to the right of said protrusion, and a corner portion which is provided at the inside of said L-shaped cross section of said substrate is located at the side edge of the mounting substrate. The substrate is located so that a lower end of said substrate at said front surface side is flush with a lower end of the mounting substrate.

    Abstract: Provided is a push switch that can be made thin without requiring that a notch be made into a mounting board. The push switch is provided at an edge of a mounting substrate (B) which does not have a cutout thereof, and comprises:
    a substrate having an L-shaped cross section, wherein said substrate has a front surface located perpendicular to a mounting surface of said mounting substrate, a back surface for mounting on said mounting substrate, and a side face for facing to said front surface;
    an accommodating recess provided on said front surface;
    a center contact provided so as to be substantially centralized in said accommodating recess;
    a pair of peripheral contacts each provided at a circumferential edge of said accommodating recess;
    a movable contact spring constructed so as to extend across said pair of peripheral contacts and designed to be brought into contact with said center contact when pressed;
    a connection pad provided on said back surface and electrically connected to said mounting substrate; and
    an electrode provided on said side face and electrically connected to said connection pad.

    Abstract: Provided are a switch module and a push switch that have a soft sensation when pressed. A push switch and a switch module have a substrate, a first fixed contact point disposed on the substrate surface, a second fixed contact point disposed around the first fixed contact point on the substrate surface, a convex dome-shaped upper spring disposed on the substrate surface so that an end part is in contact with the second fixed contact point, the upper spring being pressed so as to invert the dome shape and to establish conduction between the first fixed contact point and the second fixed contact point, and a lower spring disposed below the upper spring, the lower spring adjusting the operation load applied to the upper spring during inversion of the dome shape.

    Abstract: Provided is a pushbutton switch that can be made thin without requiring that a notch be made into a mounting board. The pushbutton switch is provided with a first substrate having a housing recess part located on a surface of the first substrate, a center contact provided at roughly the center of the interior of the housing recess part, a pair of peripheral contacts provided on peripheral edge parts of the housing recess part, a movable contact spring that is installed on the pair of peripheral contacts and that touches the center contact upon being pressed, and a second substrate, which is provided with a pair of connection pads electrically connected to the first substrate. A cross section of the first and second substrates is formed as a whole into an "L"-like shape.
