摘要： Cleaning performance is enhanced. In a cleaning nozzle unit (4) including an inner liquid passage (60) guiding a cleaning solution, an inner air passage (61) feeding air to an outlet (72) of the inner liquid passage (60), and an injection port (48) that mixes the cleaning solution guided by the inner liquid passage (60) and the air fed by the inner air passage (61) and injects a mixture (47) of the cleaning solution and the air to a surface (8A) of an object (8), a plurality of the injection ports (48) are provided, are disposed at predetermined intervals and inject the mixtures (47) in directions such that the mixtures (47) hits each other in the surface (8A) at a substantially predetermined angle in a front view of the surface (8A).
