The first slide member 22 is displaceable between a first position in which it reveals a first status indicating area 26, indicative of a first condition or state and a second position in which it reveals a second status indicating area 28, indicative of a second condition or state. The device may also be provided with one or more RFID tags 80, 82, 84 to permit remote monitoring of the status of the device.
